What happens to my old members account?
Your former “Members” account containing your username and other personal details no longer exists in its former state. For concerns pertaining to your subscriptions and contest entries, please refer to the questions below.
What happens to all my subscriptions?
Your subscriptions remain unchanged. You will continue to receive whatever emails you were subscribed to until such time as you choose to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email past or present.
What happens to all my contest entries?
Your contest entries remain unchanged. Any entries you have made to our contests are still valid and accounted for. As you do not need to sign in to enter our contests, you can continue to do so as before, entering your details when required.
How do I change my email address?
As there is no longer an account associated with your email, you cannot ‘change it’. If you wish to subscribe to newsletters from a new address, simply sign up using that address, and click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email from whichever account you want to stop receiving them.
How do I subscribe to a newsletter now?
To subscribe to a newsletter, head to the newsletters page and perform the following steps: Check the boxes next to whichever alerts or newsletters you’d like to receive Enter you email in the field provided and click sign up A confirmation email should arrive in your inbox, clicking the link inside it will confirm your subscription If your confirmation link never arrives, or you encounter other problems, please refer to the question below.

At this time there is no way to manage this preference on the station’s site, it must be done from an email link. Occasionally system errors can cause a delay in updating user preferences, we ask that if you receive another email shortly after unsubscribing that you wait for a second erroneous email before seeking assistance.
